Health and Safety Policy Statement

DryFix Solutions Health and Safety policy Statement in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974

It is the policy of Dryfix Solutions Ltd to provide working conditions that are safe and healthy for all employees and those persons who may be affected by their works and at all times carry out their operations so that so far as is reasonably practicable the Health, Safety and Condition of any person or property will not be adversely affected by their undertakings.

The requirements of the Health and Safety at Work (etc.) Act 1974 and all duties and obligations imposed by the Act, and all other Acts and Regulations affecting the activities of Dryfix Solutions Ltd are to be complied with and this legal compliance should be seen as a minimum requirement. We shall seek continuous improvement in the standards achieved so far as is reasonably practicable.

All managers of offices and other workplaces will ensure that the Health & Safety and awareness of health and safety in all employees as an integral part of good management. This will be achieved by the provision of adequate resources, information, training and the involvement of individuals in the management of health and safety through effective communication and consultation.

Performance shall be monitored and measured against objectives set by the Board of Directors; findings will be communicated throughout the Company and reviewed on a regular basis along with proposals for the continuous improvement of the standards achieved.

Monitoring the Health & Safety performance within Dryfix Solutions Ltd is undertaken by project management aided and advised by a Safety Consultant who will report to the Board of Directors on a regular basis and recommend changes where necessary.

Dryfix Solutions Ltd shall review this policy and local arrangements periodically and take action if necessary to maintain compliance with Industry Standards and Best Practice.

Environmental Policy Statement

In recognition of the Environmental Protection Act (1990) and also the obligations and responsibilities of individuals and as a company, Dryfix Solutions Ltd undertakes to promote the conversation and use of sustainable natural resources, limiting environmental pollution in all of its activities.

The Company will maintain compliance within the terms of its Duty of Care Carrier’s License to ensure adherence with exacting standards. It will adopt a policy of development in the best practice and technologies to reduce waste and energy consumption. It will extend its development to encompass reuse and recycling of materials.

For all matters concerning environmental protection, Dryfix Solutions Ltd will cooperate fully with the Environmental Agency and liaise with the Local Environmental Protection Officer.

In adopting this policy, Dryfix Solutions Ltd commits its total support to the principles of environmental protection and conversation.
